This article was in the local news celebrating all we have done so far and the launch of our new App;

A MUM of three from Bournemouth signed copies of step-by-step guide to gymnastics at a post office on Saturday.

Gemma Coles visited Redhill Post Office on Hill View Road to meet fans of her book and hear feedback on Head Over Heels for Gymnastics, which sold 200 copies last week alone.

She said: “It was really good, everybody was lovely and it went fantastically, with lots of people turning up.

“Two years ago, this book was launched and now the latest is that we have created an app for Apple, Android and Kindle, which should be available before Christmas.

“It has videos on each page and contains the full book for people to read.

“We’ve had a big Christmas rush for the book this year and have sold a lot.

“It’s fantastic as it is self-published.

“I’m an athletics coach with three children, but I’m nobody special and yet it has done so well.

“The staff at the Post Office have also been fantastic as they have been really enthusiastic and have encouraged me, as well as making the suggestion of holding the book signing.”

Head Over Heels for Gymnastics aims to be a fun learning tool to help children with the basics of gymnastics, featuring the correct techniques to use to carry out the moves.

It can be purchased from Gemma’s website for £8.49. Visit headoverheelsgymnastics.co.uk
