This book layout was pretty simple and the instructions are very simple to follow even if your only beginning to start gymnastics, I found this book very easy to do when i was trying to see if it would be easy to teach somebody the gymnastic floor skills, The pictures in the book are very good and theirs not alot of text so it doesn’t get mega confusing when your trying to teach somebody the gymnastic skills.
