What an amazing book if you’ve got gymnasts. I’ve got two, one is 13 and the other 10, both girls. It’s not very often you come across something that they can both do and do together no less !! It really is a fantastic and interactive book – can’t recommend it enough 10/10

Received the journal this morning, 1st Christmas present received! Lovely idea, Amelia will love this, and so much more in the book than what I thought would be in it!
If you haven’t got one already it’s a must have for any gymnast! 10/10 thank you x

What a fabulous journal for gymnasts. My daughter has loved this journal,!particularly designing her own leotards and recoding her gymnastics journey. It will be lovely to look back on as they get older. This would also make a great gift, particularly with Xmas approaching.

My 9 year old daughter loves this journal, she’s enjoying filling in all the different sections. It’s great how it gets them thinking about different parts of their gymnastics and their strengths and areas they need to improve which is boosting her confidence. It would make a perfect Christmas or birthday present for any budding gymnast!

I have been using this Journal for a group of young gymnast that I coach. I have found it very good to get young athletes excited about keeping a training diary that will become more valuable as the develop to older gymnast. Also it is just a whole lot of fun and gives me a unique insight into the thoughts and perception of my young gymnast. They also love it and take a lot of pride in keeping their own special diaries update after each comp and training session.
