Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase. 

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt of your item and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time frame within which you will receive your refund will be dependent on your card issuer’s policies.

We may share your information with external service providers who we contract to provide specific products or services on our behalf.

If you purchase a bespoke or very large items of equipment, this may be shipped directly from the supplier so we will need to provide them with your contact details and delivery information for them to deliver the product/s you have purchased.  We limit the personal data that we share to the minimum required to provide the service and the provider will only be able to use personal data for the specific purposes for which it was shared.
